The Gospel being taught. Fellowship with my brothers and sisters. Breaking bread weekly and talking/listening about Jesus and what He means to us.

Biblical Truth being taught from the pulpit, to exhort, to prepare, to equip. Worshipping and praising God and serving Him (which should be a daily thing, not just at church) Fellowship with other Believers in Christ, ministering to them, asking for accountability, for prayer, and just enjoying each other's company (this should also be a daily thing) ...something like that.

Biblical teaching. And a group of folks that are truly saved, cleansed, baptized, and sanctified. Thanks RC

Sound doctrine, being treated like family, and a church that ministers to the lost outside of the church building.

True Christians - people who not only preach the Word, but live it. Minimalist churches - I don't like the 'mega church' style, it's too materialistic. I look for a church with solid small groups and bible studies, and other active areas to be a part of. Churches who support strongly missions, missionaries, and charities. Churches with a lot of diversity - multi-ethnic, families, students, people from different walks of life, etc.

Our pastor describes it as "being fed". He states, (and I agree) that we should come to church "hungry", and a church should feed you with answers from the Word of God (only), and you are the authority on whether you are being fed or not. You should feel challenged to grow spiritually regardless of where you attend.
