I share the Gospel with them that they might be saved. When they are saved it's as natural as breathing for a new convert to want to spend time with fellow believers in church.

Show them the Gospel through word and deed, lead them to the Lord; and they will beat you to the door.
We as individuals are called to be witnesses, not PR folks for a gathering.
