So after a good number of months of liberals detracting the connections between Obama and Ayers.. Ayers has now broken his silence on the whole matter and verified all of the claims we have been making about their relationship.
Obama lied when he said Ayers was "just a guy that lives in my neighborhood..."
And now Ayers himself has confirmed what many of us knew for over two years now.

Ayers sure can play the clinton word game well. When asked about him calling Obama a "family friend" he went into some long drawn out explanation that never even touched on his use of the phrase. Most importantly was the fact that today he still showed no remorse and blamed the US government for the actions of the weather underground. Ayers also stated that the fund raiser he threw for Obama was at the request of a state senator (which he didn't name) which is even more troubling, it shows a lack of concern in the chicago democrat party for ayers terrorist past.

Earthless, I know you are trying to expose the truth but truly it doesn't matter. People here cling to their idealogy like a life line. The insenserity of the pro Obama people here is staggering. Evidence could come out that Obama himself planned 911 and it would be nothing more than a flash in the pan. It's all so pointless.

William Ayers (terrorist and anarchist)
Rev. Wright (racist and hateful)
Tony Rezko (corruption and mafia ties)

I am sure you would have no problem with McCain if he had won and he had sat in a KKK church for over 20 years. Was friends with Islamic terrorists, etc..
Right? Do you admit the truth which is that Obama lied to us all several times during his campaign?

If Bill Ayers were still practicing his particular brand of "terrorism" I might have a problem with it, but he's not. No he's not apologetic about what he did, but so what? It was 40 years ago, the "terrorist" acts they committed were not even comparable to Tim McVeigh or other terrorists we have today. Good grief, people. Get a life!

and, what timing....Ayers comes out when it's TOO LATE....the week AFTER the elections....
as if to tell America....."Hey...look....you got the wool pulled over your eyes.....what are ya gonna do about it now?"
complete lies...
if George W. Bush had done something like this after the 2000 elections, the liberals would already be starting impeachment proceedings....

not only is he NOT apologetic....TO THIS DAY, he still says that they "Did not do enough" (killing, terrorism)....

Only because they were stopped, Ayers himself has said he wishes they had done more. Had members of the weather underground not blown themselves up trying to build more bombs there is no telling how far they would have gone. Besides, noone here is defending tim mcveigh so your point is meaningless.

I notice you have taken a card from the clintonian word game book. Saying he was not talking about PERSONAL acts of terrorism. He was talking about setting bombs though which when done by a group can technically be considered to be non-personal, well except to those injured or killed by the bomb.

So if it was a long time ago we have to dismiss it? What if someone was a pedophile and a member of NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love Association) 40 years ago, would you dismiss that too?
"Oh that's absurd"... Not as absurd as forgiving someone who is proud of being a member of the Weather Underground. I can't believe your Tim McVeigh argument. First of all McVeigh paid with his life, that said, using your moral relativism, we should forget what McVeigh did because he didn't do as much damage as was done on 9/11.

The moment I do my tax returns, and my taxes are UP from what they had been (which that will happen probably when doing returns for TY 2010)....and, I guarantee you they will be UP....another lie from Obama will come to light again.....
Remember his "pledge": NO one with an income of under $250,000 will get their taxes raised...but, will get a tax cut!

And you better believe we'll never none of us see those cuts. The media is already floating stories about polling saying that Americans could forgive Obama for putting off those tax cuts now for the good of the country. AP ran a story along those lines two days ago. They will NEVER happen. And we'll be told it's for the greater good, which fits in nicely with all the left-wing rhetoric used in this cycle.
