Never heard of it. But this stuff comes out this time of year because most people try to start exercising and getting in shape Jan 1st. If you ever go to the gym the first week of January you'll find its the only week that its almost 100% full.

I pay more to go to a gym that has a hundred treadmills, so even if they were full theres always someone getting off because most people spend less than a half an hour on one. I've never had to wait though.
Well I put my email address in and got taken to an elimination diet page. Probably going to be a lot of spam but I'll just delete them. Probably isn't something that we don't already know.

Hi stella,
A good reason to have a "junk" email account. I use my "junk" email account for all email lists, forums, etc.
I did that 12days last year-and it was mostly "pitches" for fitness stuff....the "free" stuff usually came with a purchase.
A few of the fitness email lists I like and have found informative are:
