Im just wondering if im the only one who this is happening to , the other day i started worrying about what im gonna do when i graduated from high school and started getting scared to enter the real world and everything . And then all of a sudden i felt like completely at ease . It was like god was telling me that everything was going to be ok and that didnt need to worry about any of that .What very few christian friends i have have told me the same thing has happened to them . Its like god is preparing to "rapture" us as some call it . Is anybody else getting this vibe ?

I'm sure you arent the only one.
some advice- ive jumped from college to college for the past 5 years- yea 5 years only to realize that if i stuck with the first one id have a career. so, stick with college do good get in and get out really stay focuses and you have nothing to worry about

It's good you are learning to trust God as a young person. It took me many years to learn to trust God, particularly since I didn't begin my walk with Jesus until I was 43. I had some old baggage to discard after becoming saved. God was faithful and has taught me so much about trusting Him. Yes, I have sensed God's peace many times over the last 11+ years.
I remember speaking to my teenage son after first getting saved that I didn't want him going through his adult life like I did without a relationship with Jesus--that I had missed out on so much not knowing and loving Jesus. Boy, did that make him angry! I'm still waiting on both my sons to give their heart to Jesus. I long for them to come to me and share what Jesus is doing in their life like you are sharing with us here!

Nope...you're not the only one. I've accepted that we are near the end and I feel completely at ease with it.
God will give us peace in the eye of the storm...He always has and always will.
Most people I've discussed this feeling with since the election tell me the same thing...God is moving!

Hello Zack_NorcalRiders
I know just what you experience. I am 71 and still have some thought like you do but the Lord also calms me. My big thing is disgust at the ungodly things that are being forced upon us. Evil is like that, you know. It comes at you, gives you no choice but to lay down and play helpless.
But our God is greater than he that is in the world.

Yes, I have moments where I begin to worry about the future, and peace comes over my heart because God is with me and producing that fruit in my life. There are many verses telling us not to worry or be afraid about the future, or even tomorrow, because we are to trust God that through everything He will be there for us in every situation. No matter what we may go through, that peace is available to us.
As far as the rapture is concerned, I see evidence that it is getting closer to the time everyday. I do not know how close it is (no one knows that day), but I see the evidence that Jesus gave as evidence and see it in headlines everyday, indicating the day is getting close. Wars, and rumors of wars, the spirit of Antichrist rising all over the world, seeking to deceive the world. False messiahs, people claiming to be Jesus, and others calling Obama the messiah (though I do not think that he is, I think these people are living in fear; but it is still one of the signs)information being passed to and fro throughout the world, disease and poverty on the rise throughout the world, and so much more. There are still things that need to happen before the rapture that are yet unfulfilled, but the signs are growing in number.

Im just curious, because I have heard people say that the rapture can take place at any moment now....what hasnt been fulfilled?

There are things directly from the bible that some believe will happen before the rapture that others believe will not happen until after the rapture. One of the things that I can point to, that I see shaping up, but has yet to happen is the attack that takes place in Ezekiel 38 & 39. This attack is an alliance between Russia, Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon, in which they will all come together to attack Israel, but God will bring that attack to utter ruin without Israel lifting a finger. It will be the work of God that ruins it, and will be evident to the world that it is the hand of God that stops them from hurting even one person in Israel. Many feel that this will not take place until after the rapture, when God will be dealing specifically with Israel once again.
I feel that this takes place before the rapture though, and the reason why is because just after the rapture, the Antichrist will be revealed and will make a peace treaty between Israel and all of their enemies (which is the mark of the beginning of the tribulation). This failed attack will play a major factor in that treaty, as well as the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem which we know will be rebuilt by the midpoint of the tribulation when the abomination of desolation will take place (antichrist will defile the temple and put himself in God's place.) After this happens, God's wrath will be poured out on all men, and the Israelis will flee from Jerusalem just like they fled from Egypt. In Exodus, their flight is described as like on the wings of eagles, which is the same description that we see in Revelations. Jesus even pointed to them fleeing in Matthew 24 when the desolation of abomination takes place. The book of Revelations points to this time as being the middle of the beginning of the great tribulation.
