I'm trying to update my photo / avatar and used Shrink Pictures to get it down to under 40 pixels. It still says file too large.
What is the maximum pixel count allowed? My photo was down to 40 X 40.
Here is my original. It's half the KB allowed and within the dimensions.... I don't get it!

Avatars are to be 145x145 and less than 10k

Kath, I've got it down WAY smaller and it wouldn't be accepted. I got to 40 X 40 and 5 K. File too large.

That is so weird. One time I fixed one for someone and they still could not upload it.
