Since redneck is allowed, can I use nigga?

The older generation of blacks may be offended by the negro word but today's youth and college age kids call each other the negro word all day long. The negro word ending with 2 g's and an a is used by many blacks as an endearing term. Instead of "What's up my brotha" they say "What's up my nigga". It is also used by many black artists, some of whom have made the Billboard top 50, and even the top 10. Currently those in the top 50 today who use the other negro word in their songs are: Ne-Yo, Lil Wayne, Jay-z, Flo-rida and Soulja Boy. Obviously people are not paying only to here that word in a song, but it proves that that word is not as negative a term as it used to be.

Richard Pryor and Eddie Murphy used the other negro term in there comedy skits. Since comedians and today's young blacks use a form of the negro word, and the term redneck is allowed, what about nigga?

I am not trying to cause trouble, but I do see a double standard. If you are going to ban me, obviously that is your prerogative, but I do see it as a double standard.
