Not knowing any details, I would just suggest that...

14 yr olds don't have their developing minds wrapped around many things but they are thinking about them.

Saying she doesn't believe in heaven today has little bearing on what she'll eventually come to believe or even believe next week.

14 yr olds like to shock their parents and upset the apple cart.

If she has an opinion either way, at least she is thinking about and trying to get a grasp on Truth. Pray lots and talk about it when she wants to but don't have kittens over it. I personally think the Holy Spirit is better able to do His work when we aren't in there pushing and fighting. Talking, yes. Praying, yes. But not being heavy handed.

At that age kids really need to get a handle on a faith of their own, in other words, they need to own their own faith. Questioning everything (and coming up with wrong answers sometimes) is how many kids do that.

I agree but I'd also question who she's been talking to. Maybe this is just something that's been running through her head on it's own but I'd be wanting to find out if a teacher is influencing her in an inappropriate way.

At least she's verbalized her belief so you know where she stands!

Pray for her salvation and live a Christ like life in front of her. Use scripture as answers when you make decisions she questions and continue to make her attend church. While she's a child and under your roof, church is NOT a suggestion but the norm.

“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.”
Deuteronomy 6:4-7
