Hi Everyone - I really need some biblical advice on a healthy sexual relationship between a husband and wife. I understand what the bible says that we should not deny each other, but my question is, being the wife my husband wants to have sex everyday. Without getting into to much detail, basically its ready, set, go. There is no romance. I don’t feel the connection this way that God intended. I have talked with my husband and explained my needs as well as I understand his. He just doesn’t seem to get it. Many times sex for him is a stress relief. This to me is not what God intended a sexual relationship to be.
If there is another who has experienced the same, please let me know how to work this out. I am at my wits end with this and I really feel used.

Those with questions and problems in this area should take advantage of this excellent resource for married Christians. Their forums are much more suited to answering questions of an intimate nature.
