Tropical Storm Fay not hitting our county as bad as we thought. A great day off to clean and organize items that were left over from the divorce.

Thank God for clearly answering my prayer. I had been struggling about an important male friendship who is constantly hitting on me and it got to the point where I'm very uncomfortable. I asked God how I should deal with this, and I got my answer through a book that I bought a couple of years ago. I picked up for no reason and flipped through it, and lo and behold, I landed on the page dealing with boundaries in relationships. Isn't God just great that way.

I am thankful that the college kids next door have been quiet for the past hour and that the party is over. Now I can get some sleep and I don't have be the crotchety old lady who constantly calls the police. (At least ... tonight).

I thank God for encouragement that came from a very unlikely place. I've been so unmotivated to study lately, but a person who just started at the office has been giving me so much help and encouragement, plus she's a good cheerleader and accountability partner. I never expected that I would be this into my studying right now, but because of her, I am. God is really good.
