The smell of coffee in this morning made me smile...
And email from someone special telling me to have a wonderful day made me smile...
Knowing that this day is going to be even better than the day before made me smile...
Jesus Christ being the love of my life REALLY makes me smile...
Life is so beautiful that it makes me smile!

Nope Sam........God is reason enough to smile.......
I admit sometimes it is really hard for me to understand how finding a smile can be difficult for some..........
I know people at work who never smile.........how can you walk with the God of Gods and Lord of Lords by your side and not smile?
I smile because even when I don't want to smile, or it seems to be stolen, God is always willing to lend me His..........

I am smiling because I can still see the baby frog last night jumping after Singing Boy when he
was attempting to put it in the field to save it from getting squished! The fact that a 6'2" guy was
holding a baby frog and talking to it was cracking me up, but it was really cute! He really does
have a big heart, even for baby frogs!

I am smiling because I just remembered to turn over my calander to "October". Why does that make me smile, you might ask... because it is the calander my DDIL makes every year that has my Grandkids pictures on it! This month, of course, is the two of them with their last year's carved pumpkins. They are sooooo cute!
Have I ever mentioned that I love those Grandkids? lol.

AHHHHHHH how cute hsgm.........yes that would make me smile for sure.
The girls always make me smile.........last night I sat the girls down and explained to them that I was moving but they could still come spend weekends with me they wanted to know why they couldn't move with me.........it was hard but also made me smile because I know God will still be there even if I am not.

Yes Jesuschick, it is cute. Actually I laugh every time I see it because my adorable little granddaughter looks like she's been on a "binge", lol. Her hair is in her face a bit and her eyes look really tired and she is not smiling but has kind of a "why are you making me sit here holding this dumb pumpkin" look on her face! Her big brother has a huge smile and has a "gleam" in his eye that looks like he's plotting his next "trick"!

I didn't find a place God arranged one for me........it is a really cool story.
I won't see them during the week except coming and going at church on weds night. On weekends I will try to make it to their games and stuff plus will see them on Sundays after church..........It is going to be really hard.......I know........letting go always is.
I will be about 35/40 minutes away from them.
End of Oct/first of Nov is the plan.
I am trying to smile about it.........and I do know God is the one making all the arrangements but that doesn't start my heart from hurting nor my stomach from being sick......you know what I mean?
What does make me smile is remembering time after time when I thought God was wrong asking me to do something and seeing how very right he was after the fact.
God's path is often the hardest but at the same time it is always the easiest........and that makes me smile

That literally made me smile- a friend and I often say that one of the good things about getting older is that we have the ability to look back and see how many things God has pulled us through or ways in which He has provided for us and then we can know He will do it now too. Knowing that even when we don't understand it, God is working circumstances to our best interests makes me smile.

I'm smiling because I just got through holding my baby kitten Animal, the way he snuggles up to
me makes me smile...I am so thankful that God created babies both human and animal for us to
love on!! (Guess it's the mom instinct coming out in me! LOL!!)
