I want to thank GOD for the wonderful furry creatures which delight me each day. I enjoy seeing the rabbits chewing plants in the yard while squirrels are bouncing around crazily, dashing to and fro. Also, for my own dog who follows me around our home.

I thank God that I have a wonderful home to come to at the end of the day and that I can unwind while listening to some praise and worship music and feel like my home is my sanctuary. God's peace and His presence fills our home and I am so grateful for that and for others who tell us that a lot as well.

I thank Him for providing all of the volunteers I needed this weekend to help get 2 families from our church moved. It was close, and literally down to the last hour, but He totally gave us exactly what we needed, including great weather and well-running vehicles, as well as no injuries and nothing broken! God is so awesome!

I thank Him for my grandson's "cook-off" yesterday and the enjoyment it gave everyone. Guess what? A tie! But two happy little boys. :)

This may sound silly, but I thank God for the movie Fireproof, which I just saw today. In a world, in a country where 1 out of 2 marriages fail, we need a movie like this to show us how God intended it to be. A lifelong covenant.
Thank God for those brave enough to make a movie with an actual meaning behind it.
