i sleep when its quiet it seems... or sometimes i will turn my radio down low then i can go to sleep or something. ....

Im a Christian, I didnt even say a "bad" word. Oh yeah, and my parents love country, and so does my little sister. There are a few good country people though, and trust me, I HATE country. I usually only listen to punk and emo bands but Rascal Flatts, Taylor Swift, and a few kenny chesney songs are on my ipod.

i sleep when i stop squatting and the tightness on my legs and the hyperness goes away so i can calm down.

i cant sleep with out my music. i had to stay the night at my grandparents house and i had 2 sleep in the livingroom so there was no music. i was lying there for hours and hours. then a 2 am i realized i had my ipod. so i fell asleep 2 it.
i also cant fall asleep if its 2 cold. i CAN NOT fall asleep with a fan in the room. Or if my head it too high up. it's weird. idk y. i guess u could say i am a total dork and a picky sleeper! LOL

It must be heck without your iPod, with an extra thin pillow, and you're in a freezer with a gigantic fan hovering over you.
I usually can't sleep without a fan.

i just need to be tired enough to sleep.
the rest are unimportant.
now for quality sleep... no sounds, no light whatsoever, no worries, no water before going to bed, and having eaten something before going to bed

I should be used to it by now. But if I don't read the bible when I go to sleep i usually read some soap opera (Don't ask why it helps me sleep but it does) Usually I put down the book when there's a tragedy or I can't keep my eyes open. Well GOODNIGHT u guys it's 11:32 here and I should have been in bed an hour ago except i was playing a game of monopoly. (I was the first to go bankrupt) Cyas
