NOMINATIONS:
---DECLINING NOMINATIONS/OPTING OUT: Any person who is nominated may decline the nomination, or opt-out if currently on a poll, at any time, even if they are currently in the running for ULTIMATE SUPERFAN.
---IF YOUR NOMINEE DECLINES: (1) If a person you nominate declines the nomination within the nomination thread, you may nominate a new person or second someone else’s nomination. [REMEMBER: each nomination/second is to that person's benefit!] (2) If the person is already on either the monthly or USF poll and chooses to decline further participation, then you cannot nominate someone to fill that slot, but you may re-nominate them for the following month.
VOTING:
---AM I ALLOWED TO VOTE FOR MYSELF?? You may vote for any one person on the poll, including yourself, if you are on it.
---TWO VOTES ALLOWED: As a voter, you may vote up to twice, once for each allowed username (Forums rules allow two accounts). You must log in under that username to vote.
---TIES: There may be two winners in one month (both with equal number of votes, monthly poll only). More than two will require a special tie-breaking poll. ULTIMATE SUPERFAN will only have one winner; a tie will require a special tie-breaking poll.
