I didn't realize you are a bass player, Dave. How cool. That stuff definitely gets in the blood. My dad played bass professionally for over 50 years. He started with an upright and picked up bass guitar in the late 50s. I remember untold times when dad would say, "listen to the bassline." My brother, who also plays professionally, still plays my dad's '59 Fender.

I was little paranoid in college about my looks because several people thought I was 30 instead of 20. I was beginning to wonder if I looked 30. I think there are definitely "old souls" so to speak. Some people are born 30 (emotionally and mentally), and that's okay. It is a good thing.

My girlfriend is so tiny, and it's so incredibly adorable.
Coming from a guy like myself. Then, yes, it would be given as a compliment.

almost everyone has called me sunshine at some point.
( <-- hard to believe, huh? )
In called gorgeous sometimes. I have huge brown eyes. Most guys call me pal, which is a compliment to me cuz they feel at ease around me.

I get compliments on my sweetness.
Which makes sense, because I'm sweeter than all the candy stores multiplied over cookies and ice cream.
