My favorite use for a toothpick is to slide the tip along the bottom of m'love's foot. It is the only place he'll admit to being ticklish.

make a tower. no glue, just lean them criss cross against each other and make it as high as possible.

I have seen them used in those aluminum foil wraps on women's hair at wal mart and suggest they are probably counting devices to assist greeters. Due to the fact that so many women and men congregate and smoke cigarettes around the doors, while wrapped in this toothpick and tinfoil procedure. I can only hope that it is a passing fad.
