If I scramble eggs, I put in a little milk. Fluffs them up.

I have always added milk because mom and grandma did.....I never knew why ...................but the eggs are always fluffy.

Fried, over easy, on top of toast. I know there's a method of cutting out the center of the bread and putting the egg in there (one name for it is toad-in-a-hole, among others). Though my preference is taking a piece of (unbuttered) toast and simply placing the egg on top and eating together. Yum.

I always add milk and mix them up in the bowl with a fork. Then I melt a little butter (or cook bacon) in the pan first and cook them in that yummy grease and stir almost constantly with a rubber fork so they are fluffy. I hate scrambled eggs that are just poured on a skillet and flipped once and look like flat yellow pancakes

I voted for scrambled well.

We melt a little butter in the skillet and then add scrambled eggs with milk, salt and pepper and fold around until they are done.

And we're gross ketchup people.

Where I live some people like brains and eggs. Not for me, but have any of you tried it? (Calf or pork brains scrambled in with the eggs)

I don't eat breakfast either but when I fix eggs it's either scrambled well or hard boiled.

I like to go out for breakfast and will have eggs and sausage. I hate going with Larry though because he likes them soft scrambled and mine will come out that way too. The manager told me they cook them in the same pan and to just send them back next time.

Many restaurants used pre shelled frozen eggs in bags to make scrambled eggs. If you want fresh, order fried. They keep flats of eggs around for that order.

Over easy with salt and black pepper... some hominy, hash browns, or corned beef hash on the side, and buttered toast with black berry jam to sop up the egg yoke.

Did you have to go there? After reading that comment, I don't know when I'll ever be able to eat eggs again.

I have a pal who worked at Cracker Barrell that told me about the frozen bagged eggs.

Thus, my eggs are always over well when I eat there

Fried egg sandwich

with ham and a slice of cheese...yum

This thread is making me hungry.

Breakfast burrito. Scrambled eggs, sausage ( the tube kind, can fry like ground beef)
little bacon, cheddar cheese and a dab of salsa wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.

This thread is evil - I gotta go cook breakfast now.

That's hubby's favorite too (minus the ham).

Scrambled and engulfed with syrup, cheese, or whatever might cover up the egg taste.
