I voted over easy. When I was a kid my dad would make the worst eggs in the world. He'd fry 'em up good, constantly turning them until they were the color and consistancy of basement linoleum. Then he'd put them between slices of Wonder bread with a piece of fried Spam as the buffer. Man, were they grim...

Over-medium, if I've got some toast or biscuits to soak 'em up with. Scrambled with cheese and salsa, otherwise.

Shirred eggs baked with swiss cheese, cream, and parmesan are one of my favorites, too.

I had to go with "I don't like or I don't eat eggs" because I'm allergic to them. I love them though and would've voted "All of the above" (even though that wasn't on the list.)

I like my eggs cooked by anybody else but me. :) If I can wake up and have someone else cook, then I will eat anything.

I left poached eggs off the menu. Does anyone eat those anymore?

Someone mentioned eggs Benedict. yum!

Yep, that was me.....I really like my eggs poached. My husband used to make them for me before he died and it took me quite a while to figure out how to make them as good as he did.

Tip on the benedict sauce.....after you make it, put it in a thermos that has been heated with very hot water, so it does not separate before serving.

Why can't you eat eggs? Are you allergic? I am but I eat them anyway. Although my reaction is not life threatening. I feel really bad if I eat too many or have alot of dairy products with them also, but if I just have an egg or two, I am ok.

I'm allergic enough that I can't have a flu shot. I have a hard time with the down too. I can have a small amount of the whites if it's cook into a cake, meatloaf, etc. Otherwise I'm in the bathroom until it's back out.

Thanks Pammy. Those are my monsters. They all have different color hair, eyes, and skin. How funny is that? But they do know how to take a good picture if you catch them in the right mood. It is that wrong mood that doesn't work out too well. LOL.

I totally know that feeling, but like I said, I have to have eggs and dairy together. Frozen custard which is my favorite is not very good to my stomach. And I am not sure about you guys, but I love the frozen custard we have here. I just know to go when I can come home and die.

I can have a flu shot, but I do have a hard time with down. But that is more of the sinus allergy. When the allergist told me to give up eggs, nuts, and dairy, I told them they were nuts, but I have noticed since then that the source of all of the health problems I used to have was food allergies. I did cut back on those things when I could and I have noticed that I feel alot better when I don't have them. But I know that lactaid helps a whole bunch for the dairy and as for the nuts, I don't really eat them too often. But the eggs are so hard to get away from. When I get hungry, I eat soft boiled eggs on toast. I have this little cooker for the microwave that you fill with water, then you put the eggs in on a little shelf thing and cook them for like three minutes and they come out perfect. I am actually thinking about having that for dinner tonight.

Scrambled, on Texas toast, with bacon, cheese, mayo and tomato. (Sonic does this nicely).

At a sit-down restaurant, I like them over easy, so I can sop the yolk up with toast or a biscuit.

If Mrs. Kerrlaw is cooking, scrambled medium, with a little half-n-half.

If I'm cooking, I do boiled (I can modestly say that I make the best boiled eggs of anyone).
