Not on Sunday. He forces his wife to work so pagans can have the day off. Go figure.

The term "Christian idols" is contradictory because the Christian would pay attention to the command to NOT have any graven images. True?

False.

An idol is not a graven image, but an object of worship, who you turn to and trust more than God. Christians have many.

I haven't read the entire thread, not sure if this has been brought up.

But what did Noah do? He was the only thing even close to Godly in his town and he still had to make a living some how. Even though he was surrounded by evil, he still tried to save people and when he asked God to save a few more, and a few more, and a few more... God didn't get angry with him or impatient.

Another question I have, is how are we going to reach people of other religions if we snub our nose at them?

If I owned a store that was run entirely by Christians, I'd be selling to anyone who came in. Every customer would be another person to potentially give testimony to.
I wouldn't be like, Heres your snickers bar, would you like to hear about Jesus?
But you can bet the walls, doors and windows will be displaying the pride I have of my religion. So people will at least know they can ask questions about Jesus.

I'm sure other people could be the same way over their own religion and if we simply ignore those people for being who they are then it's our fault for not getting the word to them.

Are you sure you are not talking about Abraham bargaining for Sodom?

That works (even though it is absolutely false), but you still have another part of that question to answer. Where did you get those "idols" from?

Was that part of the question? Still, you only have to look around and observe to see it. Why?
