I can't blame my lack of being sleepless to being gone anywhere!!

Howdy back at ya...all of ya!

I was so sleepy a few minutes ago and now I'm ready to go to bed I'm not. Hubby sacked out long time ago...he leaves the house around 6:15am for work. I stayed up with my mom and sister-in-law and watched the Booth Bros. dvd. They went to bed and now I'm still awake.

Yep...that's why most nights I'm up late after the house gets quiet.
Tonight my 17 yr old neice is still talking and giggling with her friend on her cellphone downstairs. I'm surprised her Mom doesn't get her to shut it down...but then again maybe she's use to it and can sleep through it all.

Just feels like I ate a tablespoon of salt. Gonna go get a glass of water. That should help.

Maybe these are saltier than most olives.

Oh...I have to tell a hilarious story from yesterday...After the wedding we left Columbia to return home...my sister-in-law was following us back to our house for the remainder of the weekend. Well...we stopped for gas shortly after we left the church...we got back on I-26 heading to Charleston...when my sister-in-law went whizzing by us and took off. We thought okay...hubby said something about wondering why she passed us and I replied "She's probably tired of following you like I do when we're traveling in 2 cars"! Then we noticed she was changing lanes and really speeding on down the road. I saw another white pickup truck way ahead of us...I said "Do you think she is following that truck?"...My hubby said no way...so we followed for another 40-50 miles and noticed she would change lanes every time that truck did. By this time we are in hysterics laughing. I tried to call her cellphone to ask her if she was in front of us or behind us to see what she answered but my neice was using her phone. I turned to hubby and said you better catch up and let her know she is following the wrong truck because if he decides to exit the interstate she will follow him!!!! He had to speed up to 90 mph to catch her...we pull up beside her and I waved at her!!! I wish I had been able to video tape the look of complete astonishment on her face!!! By this time all of us in both vehicles were screaming with laughter. To make if funnier she immediately called me on my cellphone and after we caught our breath she said my mother had been fussing up a storm about "my husband" changing lanes so much and speeding up to 80 mph. The very next exit the other white pickup truck left the interstate and so would have my sister-in-law if we hadn't caught up with her.
Well...needless to say that has kept us in hysterics all weekend and will be THE story told at any family get togethers for the next 10 years.
All I can say is I'm glad I wasn't driving because I would have wrecked the car because of being doubled over in hysterical laughter!
