That's great too Crystal! WOOO for you. I think she said in a day or so. I guess the doc will ring if the results are positive but I will ring in two days myself to just double check with the doc about them. They make you come in for the results though. Tomorrow I will be fully dairy free and working on getting him to go longer at night without a feed so I can do the other test before Dec.

I like the sounds of that Crystal! It takes me a while to do scrapbooking, I need to get in the right frame of mind. Got any pics you can share with us of it?

Ugh. I can't believe I'm up so early! I got up when hubby got up to get ready for work. Normally I sleep until little one gets up. But I have a big job to do today...our friends gave us some blueberries (they have fields around here and hubby helped them with their bees on night, so they gave us these for a thank you) But I need to clean them, wash them, dry them and freeze them sometime today. I should get at it! I'm sure I'll have some blueberry eating pictures later! LOL Who likes dogs? Want to see a picture of hubby's dog? Oh and for anybody who is interested, here is what our house looks like now, and here is what we are planning to do.... (just looking through my photobucket and thought I would share some) (actually, I'm procrastinating about the blueberries)

ORIGINAL: spitzu Oooh look at all those blueberries!! I'd be in heaven! Cute doggie too. Umm, three hours later, this. I can't decide if I like it. What do you think? This thing is so important, I'm paranoid about it not being good enough. And now, at 6:22am, I'm going to bed! I really like it Crystal! If you are feeling like it's too much, you could take out the picture in the bottom corner, and put a cute picture of each of you separately. I LOVE, love love the picture of you guys in the middle!! Good job so far, I would love to see more! Blueberries: I wash in cold water, most of the junk floats to the top and is easy to pick out. Then I spread them on cookie sheets covered in paper towels, and blow them dry with a fan, rearranging often to dry them completely. When they're dry, I put them in the freezer on the cookie sheets so they freeze individually instead of in clumps. Right now I have 6 cookie sheets on the counter and the fan going in front of them, but Chase keeps moving the fan. He grabs the base and drags it across the kitchen. He can't figure out what I'm doing!!

Tommorrow Greg gets to the be the SAH parent. I have another all-day seminar for continuing education on my Engineer's license. Tomorrow's will be on plumbing, which I'm glad about. Spent so much time designing HVAC stuff that I often felt I didn't understand the plumbing side as well as I should. In November there's another seminar on steam.

ORIGINAL: spitzu I'm trying to work on this scrapbook/profile thing and it's sooo not happening. I'm not a scrapbooker! My brain can't put it all together and make it work. I think I need gemstones and metals to be creative. Think they'd accept a diamond studded copper book with the letters to the birth mom engraved and textured with a lovely black patina? Ok, so how long should the scrapbook be? Why don't you start with a couple of pages on each you and Dustin separately. Maybe some pictures of you both doing your favorite activities, hobbies, etc. So a picture of Dustin (golfing/playing games/whatever his interests are...sorry, I don't know) and maybe if he does something with his hands, a photo or example of something he's made... and for yourself, you could have photos of you singing, maybe a poem you've written, or song lyrics, photos of you jewelry. Stuff like that. You could dedicate at least a couple of pages to your interests. Then maybe some pictures of you guys together on vacation, or doing "family" activities. (BBQ's, parks, bike rides, etc.) You could do a couple pages of pictures of holidays (Christmas, 4th of July) Hmm, what else... Make sure you include some candid photos that aren't posed. You know, "real" photos. Does any of that help? I don't even know if that's what you were asking I was just thinking if you kind of laid out a table of contents in your head, you might have a little more direction to work towards. I can't wait to see what else you come up with...the cover alone is lovely!

Hubby thought it was a good idea to try Monkey Joes (place with big inflatables) today and then we will meet him for lunch. If nothing else there is plenty of space for him to just run around so it should be fun!

ORIGINAL: nicole6598 well last night as I was going to bed I walked over and kissed him good night, which i didn't want to do. This morning I made him coffee, and after the banana episode I went and asked if he wanted me to make him lunch. I am trying to be nice but its so hard on top of Nath, housework etc etc going to take Nath now. I feel like throwing up! Nicole, I'm very proud of you. Like someone else said, you're between a rock and a hard place. I know it is not easy to do, but you are doing the right thing. When I read your post, this passage immediately came to mind: I Peter 3:1-2 Wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives, 2 when they observe your chaste conduct accompanied by fear. You are doing exactly what the word of God says to. I pray that your husband will be won over by your Christlike conduct.

Yes, I agree, it must have been hard for you to do, but you're doing a good job. I will stay in prayer for you and your hubby. When are you starting your kitchen?
