Okay, I want a completely objective opinion here. No jokes! People outside of interest for SEC. Anyone that caught highlights of the Auburn-Mississippi State game, was this a good technical game, or really just a complete joke? Seems the commentators found it entertaining due the identical comparisons of both defenses. All of us in Auburn are asking the question - did we really win or what? kd

Clemson really hasn't played anybody after the Alabama game. Harper is still inaccurate on his passing. The running game has looked pretty good but against lesser opponents. Next week versus Maryland could be tough. Then we go to Wake Forest for a Thursday night game. The game of the week for this Saturday will be Georgia-Alabama. Although I believe Georgia will win, it is going to be close. If I wasn't afraid of my wife divorcing me, I'd drive down to Athens after watching Clemson-Maryland to see the Dawgs take on Roll Tide.

Just leave her a couple of credit cards and come on down. Actually, I have a new neighbor that is a big Georgia fan. After I get home from the Clemson game, I plan to go across the street to watch at least part of the Alabama-Georgia game with him.

I'd like to think that Tennessee was not that bad, but that Florida is that good. Florida is a different team this year than last, and I mean that in a good way. Some are wondering why Tebow doesn't have the Heisman kind of numbers as last year, but according to Urban Meyer amd Tebow, that is by design. The focus will be on the defense and special teams getting the ball in good field position so that the offense won't need to have big numbers. When offense is needed, there are a lot of players to spread (no pun intended) the ball around. There are a lot of folks, like me, who would enjoy seeing that high powered offense in action, but we can't argue so far with Meyer's coaching philosophy. i am sure that before the SEC season is over, we'll get to see all phases of the team in action.

I think you are right. I think Florida will have a show down with USC in the NCG and I am looking forward to it. Don't get me wrong, I don't like either team, rather, I hate both teams with a passion. You see I am a Buckeye fan and, as a result, dislike both teams for a good reason. Really, I just want to see them beat up on each other and also watch USC play a decent team rather than feeding off the Big Ten every year in easy bowl wins.
