I love dark chocolate, but never am sure where to find the good stuff. Since we are now in health and fitness, I think I will mention that eating 3oz of dark chocolate a day has some health benefit, but I forgot what. I think it is the antioxidents. Correct me if I am wrong. So between that and wine, we should be good to go on antioxidents. I do love to make smoothies and if you have been to starbucks and gotten their mango orange banana smoothie, they are the best, but I am not paying 4 bucks a glass, so I figured out how to make them myself. I use soy protein instead of whey, but that is still alot of calories for a snack.
