I just finished reading the series of Black, Red, and White, all three by Ted Dekker.

It's a fabulous read. It causes some serious thinking about how we relate to each other not only in the body but our secular relationships as well.

Anyone else read it?

I read the triology and thought it was superb!

Have you continued on with The Lost Books?

How about House?

I thin he's just become my favorite author. I start reading and can't put them down!

House, by all reports, is horrendous. Read Showdown if you want another Dekker book. Or Thr3e. But be forewarned, both books borrow heavily from Stephen King. The "Lost Books" are written for teens, and aren't nearly as good as the original trilogy.

If you want really scary stuff check out Robert Liparaulo and Frank Peretti.

I didn't know that. So the story doesn't continue on in those books?

House is supposed to be coming out as a movie in October.

I'm reading Frank Perretti's Monster right now.

He's another really good one.

I ordered Three and Showdown. I should have them sometime this week.

Blink is his best book so far.

i actually bought black a few months ago and i liked it so much that i bought the rest of the trilogy, as well as the lost books, showdown and saint. showdown, saint and sinner (release date sep. 2) are another trilogy in the books of history chronicles. the lost books are very good, but alas they aren't as good as the original trilogy. however, i still recommend reading the four of them then read showdown, saint and sinner. by the time you hit showdown, you will finally get the answers to some of the questions that nag through the whole series from black on. it's great stuff.

I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for the info.
