Like a couple have said, 10 minutes is sure better than nothing. Somebody starting from total sedentary lifestyle would do well to get in 10 minutes a day. One would hope that would give them "The bug" and they would gradually do a little more until they were really making headway. Actually, A good HIT workout could be done in 15-20 minutes, but you'd really be sweating and panting to get results in that short a time. The beauty of the quicker, ultra intense workout is that you keep burning calories well after the workout.
