All day I have been thinking it is Thursday since Thursday is a better day for me than Wednesday.

Work was really slow today, so I kind of feel like I never really woke up all the way...I doesn't help that it's rainy and cool outside. It's good snuggle up weather

Me too Yay Friday! However, this weekend will be spent dog sitting two enormous dogs...But I get paid, I get free food, and I get to sit in their hot tub with my book. It's worth a little drool and barking.

The dogs woke me up at 2:30am and 6:30am. I just stayed up the second time. They're cutting into my sleepy time Plus one chewed the corner off of a blanket. I wonder if the hot tub is really worth it...I have a feeling the weekend won't be so relaxing!

I slept a little better last night, at least up until about 4:15am, when a thunderstorm rolled through and got the dogs riled up last night. I know tonight will be much better Did you get the sleep you were hoping for fluffmonkey?

Welcome to the Fall Fluffy Chat Thread!

How is everyone doing ?

Fine, except for the fact that I have been having tons of college homework?! And I thought they gave us a bunch of homework in high school?! Oh, yeah! And I landed a spot in our church's christmas musical "For Unto Us A Son Is Given", so AWESOME!! I get to be in the choir of angels! (Suiting, since I am one! Just Kidding!!) Hope everyone has a totally stellar rest of the day!

Congrats on the spot in your Christmas musical! Last year, in our kids Christmas play, I was an "Elly May Clampett" style hillbilly girl. Only, when I sang The First Noel, I was supposed to sing it really off-key. I certainly didn't sound like an angel

And I don't envy you the college homework! I'm glad I'm done with that. (At least until I start my masters )

Don't remind me! I'm just a freshman, I still have so long to go!

And thanks for the congrats on my part, I'm still shocked I got one! I tried out because a couple of my guy friends wouldn't get off my case until I did!(For once, it was a good thing to take their advice?! Only happens to turn out that way 1 out of a 100 times! )

I was an education major too I'm teaching at a middle school right now. I thought the general ed classes were the worst, but when I really got into my major classes it was a lot better. There's still a lot of work, but if you really love teaching it's a lot more interesting. Hang in there! It's really worth it. Do you know what level you want to teach or what your emphasis will be yet?

I really love teaching drama, it is something I am very passionate about, so it's easy for me to teach to others. I have to teach something besides that and I'm leaning towards either science or english, not sure yet! I would like to teach middle-school or high school age. I love little kids, but I don't really know if I want to be teaching that age group. I'm looking into doing the extra classes required to teach high school on line, kind of planning ahead for the future. I want to stay at home with my kids,(when I get married and have some, probably several years away! ) and so teaching on line looks like a very nice option. Anyway, I have to go to my Theatre class here in a little bit, so I better wrap this up! You guys have a really great day!
