ORIGINAL: Sideways Yes, I know it is sometimes possible for the baby to live, but many times it isn't. All I know is that there were problems with the delivery of nutrition from the placenta. I'm assuming that if the baby is alive and not doing well in the womb they will deliver, but it doesn't look very good at this point. Ah. Sounds like IUGR(Intrauterine Growth Restriction), I'll definitely be praying for her baby. quote:
Do you have a boy name Ryanne? Lol. We are constantly talking about names. We still have Wesley Joel Emerick from when I was pregnant with Gabby, and we also are really liking Oliver(although we haven't found another middle name). If I got pregnant with twin boys(a girl can dream) then we would probably just break up the middle names and have Wesley Joel and Oliver Emerick... although I don't really like Oliver Emerick together. Who knows... If we have another girl it's looking like Julianna Kate or Julianna Ayn. We had the hardest time with girl names when I was pregnant with Gabby. We finally agreed on one and then I decided I didn't like it, lol. (my period is also late so maybe I'll be joining you)

I also love the name Elizabeth, but dH isn't crazy about it (maybe as a middle name). I have several girl names I like, but few that I really, really love. We've considered giving her the formal name of Victoria, but calling her Tori. Has anyone else ever done anything like that? What do you think?

I have a friend who is about as pregnant as you are, Ruth and they are naming their daughter Victoria and calling her Tori. I think it's cute! We named Gabby knowing she would be called by the nickname.

Hello, I go to the doctor today and hopefully find out my due date. With dd I knew the exact dates of everything. I had my due date figured out before I got there. This time, well I have an 11 month old daughter. I have just been a little bit busier. I am excited to now. I am either 6 weeks or 10 weeks. I think it is 6 but there is a question. My sister named her girl Abby. I told her that someday she may want the more formal Abigail. She called the hospital and changed it. We did not find out the gender of dd. My husband thinks he may want to this time around. I am fine with it. I am a bit nervous. I just want to hear that all is okay and as it should be. I forgot how anxious the first trimester makes me. I also forgot how sick it makes me. Hopefully it will clear up like last time and I will have an awesome pregnancy from the second trimester on. Karen

Welcome Karen!! It's good to be adding more ladies to the list!! Chelsea, thanks for asking, today is a better day, even though I had a prenatal appt last night and everything is the same. But at least I haven't gone backwards and my bp, urine and all that stuff is good. I think what some of it was that I was extremely constipated and I ate too many prunes and bran, well that made me feel so full. I got rid of all of that this morning. I am in such a better mood! I also lost three pounds this morning too! That made me feel tons better too!! (I told you I was extremely constipated!) BTW, ladies if you do have hemmies or develope them, invest in those flushable wipes. I did and it has made all the difference. My bottom feels so much better now.

Oh Chelsea, I know exactly what you mean. You just want to hear that everything is okay and progressing well. It is scary. I know that it is all in God's hands and whatever happens can be used for His glory but I want this baby. I will pray for you. I can't wait to hear how the visit goes. Karen

That's wonderful Chelsea! Quite a heart rate too! Do you remember what Mary's heart rate was? I am full-term tomorrow! Woo hoo! Baby, you are officially allowed to come at any time now
