G'day,, Hi Tracydolls quote:
All the signs are lining up.. Bo is Roman enough, some people just don't realize that there were 3 African Popes. And his mother... The money is going.... Rev. 18 already happened, We're in the ancient city of Babylon Storms getting worse, Israel The mark of the beast approved It's all coming together. There have been signs lining up for awhile Tracy, and all the things that you have mentioned as signs have not been under the BO watch but W's. This market shift and sub prime credit crunch has all happened now, not in a years time under someone elses reign over your nation. And as it would seem a new law has been passed allowing him to stay should such an event like 9/11 happen again. The markets under stress and all the nations of the world are feeling it so if your nation goes down, so do the worlds markets. How many people have lost there houses so far in your nation, and what caused this to happen to many families? Low Taxes and Low interest rates, which was great for the time being. Now thou it is a diffrent story and families are caught between a rock and hard place struggling to survive some whithout houses. So i ask Tracy is it BO's fault or someone elses?? yours In Christ,, God Bless

G'day Tracy,, And what if he doesn't become President? Let's say McCain wins or W extends his terms of office. Would then the signs still be lining up? yours In Christ,, God Bless

G'Day Tracydolls,, Sorry about that yesterday, that was rather rude of me. Sorry. Let me try again,, Hi Tracydolls glad to meet you, i haven't written anything on here for a while so i don't think we have met. I guess what i see in you is a passion towards BO that i have somewhat had towards W for the past 7 years. One of the hardest things to get my head around was, why do men with deception in there hearts get into power. Yet there is not much we can do about who is given authority to rule and this is the case with who will be the next President. We can only act today, and let tommorrow be what it will and this is true about McCain & Obama. yours In Christ,, God Bless

Would never vote for him under any circumstance. My only passion is for Christ. I trust no man, woman or child.

Do you not think that the signes include the whole world? All Gentiles? I get the feeling (sorry if I am wrong) that some folks think it is all about USA, but the signs will not only appear in USA. Maybe the Antichrist will rule from China? Russia? Germany? or any other place in the world. We need to look at what the Word has to say. The market crashing will also be world wide. Various countries markets have crashed before and we are still here.

If I read Revelation right, the world is in prosperity when the Messiah returns. All things collapse in a day, in a hour. They marvel that Babylon falls from which they all acquire their wealth. And as was stated, the economy is always up and down. It's all manipulated. It goes the way the manipulators want it to.

It's just been announced the bail out bill is defeated. But, not to worry. It was all propaganda anyway.

If you get enough people believing Jesus is coming back, you can make a killing selling those cult-like gathering spots on the tops of mountains. Mmm... Fond memories of The Simpsons...

Various countries markets have crashed before and we are still here. It is not all about the USA. China and Russia are believed to be Gog and Magog in the Bible. Let's look at what the Bible says: Rev 18:1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. Rev 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. Rev 18:3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. Rev 18:5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Rev 18:6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. Rev 18:7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. Rev 18:8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. Rev 18:9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, Rev 18:10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. Rev 18:11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: Rev 18:12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, Rev 18:13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men. Rev 18:14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all. Rev 18:15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, Rev 18:16 And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls! Rev 18:17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, Rev 18:18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! Rev 18:19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate. Rev 18:20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. Rev 18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. Rev 18:22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee; Rev 18:23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. Rev 18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

As much as I enjoy speculating on eschatology, I find this discussion to be quite Ameri-centric. Jesus is very clear when He tells us that none know the time of His return but God... “Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10). Let's focus on the Gospel, Christians. The Gospel doesn't require us to wonder about which Presidential election will unleash Apocalypse...it just requires that we share it with the world and love one another as ourselves. I can take lessons from this, as can all of us: Live like the End could come tomorrow.

To answer your question you originally asked at the start of the thread about the market crashes having anything to do with the end times: Nope. Nada. Nothing. I'm not a believer in end time prophecies or the Rapture. I just find it interesting how easily people are willing to believe these things. No wonder there's so much fear when something takes a turn for the worst. I guess it proves that there really isn't anything to fear but fear itself. Look what fear does to people!!! I deal with the so-called evil Capitalist system everyday as a sales associate and I meet a lot of good people that way. Right now my job is practically a lifeline to the outside world since I lost my mother a couple of months ago along with my last job (also as a sales associate). I wouldn't trade my time at my job where I gained some very reliable friends for anything. On the flip side, I do have to deal with people who come in and claim I'm cheating them out of their money and am giving terrible service just because they don't get what they want, even if its to use the restroom (at my current job the only restroom we have is for employees, but I always point them to the closest store that does have a public restroom. Is that so bad?) I rely on that 'evil' system, but I do my best to serve my customers fairly, even if that fairness irks my customers a bit. I can't start picking favorites now can I? That includes using the restroom. Don't want that market to crash any further! I personally think that ANY system can turn bad when the people using it decide to go down the road of deception to fatten their pockets NO MATTER WHAT TYPE OF CURRENCY IS BEING USED. It'll eventually come back and bite them in the butt anyway. If big businesses want to be stupid about their credit, that's their business. It has nothing to do with the system itself. Now to comment: quote:
ORIGINAL: Sinner-Saint The poll everyone is talking about yesterday is flawed. The pollsters manipulated the representation to put Obama ahead. Blacks and Democrats were in disportionate numbers to voting history percentages: ergo, Obama "surges" ahead... It's just a case of the drive-by media trying to influence public opinion. They literally want Obama to be President because they're in love with the storyline. Meanwhile, they hate Palin because she's so "good." I have to agree with what you said here. There's just something about Obama that irks me, but if he's capable and he becomes president, then he's welcome to prove my suspicions wrong. I Hope I wasn't too off the topic. There was just some really interesting posts I wanted to respond to. ~Lily~

Yesterday the stock market crashed. Today it's on the rise again. And that after NOT getting their "free" money of socialism. Propaganda, propaganda, propaganda. All men are liars, God is true. Rom. 3:4

G'Day,, Here's an intersting development in the crisis talks,, http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/7677486.stm US President George W Bush is to hold talks on the financial crisis with his French counterpart, Nicolas Sarkozy, and EC President Jose Manuel Barroso. They will discuss at Camp David the framework for a summit of G8 leaders planned for November that may include China, India and other major economies. But President Sarkozy, whose country currently holds the EU presidency, has made it clear he wants to move away from finger-pointing and towards a partnership with the US to overhaul the world financial system, our correspondent says. The centrepiece of the French leader's plan is a summit of the Group of Eight richest nations that may also include China and India. your In Christ,, God Bless
