In the past, any state, region, or pretty much any country was allowed. Tinkey winkey, is that still the way it is?

States such as semi-consciousness and delusion are also permited, as they affect so many here

I'm in Australia and I'm participating, though only by eCards due to the fact I'm moving quite close to Christmas and it'd be a hassle to sort out.

Help me out...how long does it take to receive a card in Australia from the US? If I start rowing right now, can I make it?

I warn most of you though...you will probably get a pic of the Things and I. We ain't exactly purdy.

But the cards will come in GREAT handy for chasing away unwelcome rodents.
