quote:
ORIGINAL: Roberta_ I sent most of mine out Friday. It was a combined effort. I wrote the message inside and addressed them. DD wrote the return addresses. J-11 put them in the envelopes. J-8 put the stamps on them and took them out to the mailbox, until I ran out of postage. And a very collaborated effort it was! Thanks again for the card!

Thanks everybody. I got my second Christmas card yesterday from off this exchange. Jim, it's not a good idea to post your address in public like this.

Oh, and I forgot to say that I've finally got all of my cards sent out. The last of them went yesterday. Hopefully they'll get to their destinations in time for Christmas.

Stick around - we usually have the sign up for it around Sept/Oct.

I know what you mean. My non Christian penpals have been sending me cards that say 'happy holidays' instead of 'merry Christmas'. Even when I caught a cab home the other day, the driver said 'merry x-mas'. I said 'the same to you', was horrified at myself for saying that, then said, 'no, merry Christmas'.
