Heavenly Father
Please draw close to Jim and Diane
and give them Your peace which passes all understanding;
Thank You for Diane's faithful witness in this prayer forum
and for the many prayers she has prayed for so many others in need.
Please help this family to draw strength from You each new day
and thank You that You promise to provide for every need which Jim and Diane have.
Thank You that You are a Friend who sticks closer than a brother
and that we can cast all our cares upon You and trust You because You sincerely care for us.

Diane, I am praying for you and Jim. I know this is such a trying time for both of you.
Father,
If it is within Your perfect will, please heal Jim.
When he has his eyes checked, let there be no cancer.
Comfort him physically and spiritually.
Lift up Diane and give her strength as she sits by his side.
Lord, protect both of them and keep them in Your tender care.

I got a call from the nurse a few minutes ago. All of the tissue removed in surgery was checked and rechecked. All of it was benign. Doctor got all the bad area in the first biopsy!
God is good! Thanks so much for the prayers. This will be a lifestyle for us. Jim has DNS. Dysplastic Nevus Syndrome which means he has more than 50 moles/ freckles and has had a large number of bad biopsies. Out of 30 some biopsies only 3 have been normal.
