Manda- is that sold by other names? I haven't found it in any of our stores.

Is it the same as Vitex? How much do you take? I guess I need to find it and see what it says to take but what worked for you that you noticed an improvement within a month, manda?

Yes it seems Vitex is what you call Agnus Castus/Chasteberry. I was taking 400mg per day of the powdered extract (in a capsule).

She went to the doctor today for a physical. The doctor said that she is a normal, healthy 15 year old girl. I pointed out that she takes 27 mg. of iron a day. The doctor said that since her iron levels came back normal, that may have been a factor in her messed up cycles.
