Hope I didn't offend anyone by that statement, but that's all I can think of right now, as I keep watching Obama gaining over 160 electoral votes and McCain hasn't even reached 100 yet. We need to pray, people!

We need to start praying for our President. ...This country is in trouble and there are hard times ahead. The election may be over - I'm ceding the victory to Obama sans a miracle at this point - but the fate of our country is still being shaped.

For all intensive purposes, Obama has just won the election.
As of right now, he's at 200 electoral votes - and if he wins CA, OR, WA, and HI (all states where Obama is polling heavily) it's over.
Obama will eclipse the 270 mark.

It was a strong fight for McCain. But Obamedia and Obamania combined with anti-Bush sentiment won over.

Pennsylvannia was so key....McCain spent so much time and money on that state, giving up on Michigan. Once PA went Obama, it started getting really tough....Then Ohio made it next to impossible w/o a miracle.

the theocracy is such a cop out. I have never advocated for a Theocracy all I'm saying is we are getting excatly what we have asked for and that is not always a good thing. And in this I think everyone on here knows I think that its a bad thing a sign of judgement from God.

I'm not placing this defeat of McCain on the world I believe it is judgment on the church. We have failed to be light and salt in this country. I'm going to a move Permier tomorrow that is going to prove to be very Ironic called the Birth of Freedom and from what I understand from the perview is the Freedom is very much tied to Judao/Christian values and to try to seperate it from that you destory Freedom.

persecution always made people strong.. separated the wheat from the chaff. the 1st century christians had persecution but they thrived. even moreso than today it seems.

I've long maintained America was not immune to judgment. Israel wasn't, and it was the height of hubris to think we'd be spared. We'd prayed for deliverance, and God said no. I have no idea how the next four years will shake out, but I do know He'll keep His own safe, even through the coming persecution. The Lord gives, and the Lord takes away. Blessed be the name of the Lord.

The fat lady has sung. This resembles a landslide unseen for some time. The country has voted for a far left government. The lefties imported 20 to 30 million voters over the last 20 years, while educating another 10 to 20 million over the last generation. 2004 might have actually been the last gasp for the conservatives in this country as they die off and are replaced wholesale from abroad and from the government education centers.
