Lord I lift up Jim to you this night.
Praying his pain will be eased and he will rest and heal in comfort
Thank You Lord for a successful surgery and recuperation.
Be with him Lord and help him through every hour.
I pray for a quick and complete recovery,in Jesus Name
Thank You Lord for all you are doing for Jim.
Bless Jim and his wife with your precious peace as they go through this time.

The surgery went well yesterday and I'm home recovering. There was nausea and pain afterward, but the nausea is now gone. The pain seems to be getting better, too, but is still there even with pain pills. Today is much better than yesterday. For that matter, each hour seems to be a bit better than the previous hour.

The surgeon took off the surgical tape and said that all should be fine.
Thank you all. Thank God for it all going smoothly and for the recovery being steady.
