Aloha! Instead of creating a blog, I thought I would give here a try. I already have two of my own blogs anyway! It's so hard to keep up with all the chats and stuff on CW for me since I only use a computer at work so I hope to meet more people here.

I would love to get to know you and you to get to know me! So c'mon, take a time to "get away" and chill with me on my island!

Aloha. Did you know that a couple of my CW buddies in HI at the moment on vacation. Seeing as I couldn't go with them, I figured this was the next best option.

I'm doing good. I think you missed my post on your thread (no worries, you've got a lot of threads to keep up on). This past Saturday night I went to one of our youth events (finally). It was awesome but I learned something about myself (confirmation really)- I am not really good at evangelizing youth. When it comes to quick evangelizing and prayer after an alter call, I am much better with adults.

Well, it's nice though because I learned something new and just another something God has revealed about me. It's so humbling when God allows you to slowly learn about who you are. Some people know fast who they are and God's purpose for them. But for people like me, he puts me in a process of learning.

I've found that I'm better with adults too. Not that I think I'm terribly good at evangelising. I guess my way of evangelising is in service, moreso than words. I will speak when I need to though.

Well, it's after work hours but I still have much to do. I'm not even sure how long I should stay tonight.

I have a prayer request. I go to see my surgeon this afternoon, my time, and I'm going to ask him for some answers why this surgery could have elevated my cancer readings. The last couple of times, I've felt like he really hasn't wanted to listen. I need to to do that today.

Also, today would have been my mum's 71st birthday. She passed on nearly 7 years ago now.

Good morning/evening everyone,

Well, it's another day and I made it to work. It will be a hectic day today. You know, yesterday my boss told me and the other girl that works in the office that he would like to take the both of us to lunch today with his wife. They wanted to show their appreciate for us! And we are going to a rather nice restaurant too called Indigo- a mix of different ethnic foods including Indian. I am just happy for my other co-worker gal. She works extremely hard, putting on super looong hours and some overnights even! I praise God for her commitment. I think she works way to much though sometimes.

Last night I saw the biggest moon I have ever seen! It was real close. I was driving home at night and boom, there it was! God so awesome!

HI Randy! Of course you can join the party. [:D] Where's your daughter when we need her? A lady from Kauai huh. So far, I only have known people from the Big Island here on CW. Hey, when you note her, tell her to come on in my thread so that we can have our own little "survivor" show. Only we will be much nicer. Ha.

We went to Indigo for lunch. I loved it! They have a lunch buffet and the food is like Indian/Mediteranian. Quite healthy I may add. I was STUFFED! [&:]

Good morning/evening everyone,

'YAWN' I'm a bit sleepy this morning. We had a seminar last night and I slept kinda late. It's another blessed day. Tonight is homechurch and I love homechurch. I look forward to it every week. We just started this past Sunday (on the pulpit) on the doctrine of sin. It's all great because not many churches I know of preach on this- but it's important ya know? It's heavy though and feels yucky, which is good because it shows how God is in us when it feels yucky.

Well, I hope to meet more people on the island. How about some mango iced tea this morning? It's nice and cold! [sm=funny.gif] Don't get a rainfreeze!

Moon was awesome last night. Up late after a gig and it was BIG and yellow just rising over the Hualalai mountain at 10 pm. God is good.....
