Hi ya all! I'll be driving from North Carolina to Pennsylvania tomorrow. I'll be traveling alone with my 6 week old baby. I hate driving!! And I get really stressed out in traffic. I chain smoke when driving to help with my nerves but I don't smoke in the car since I've had the baby. My biggest fear is the capital beltway going through Washington, that traffic is ridiculous!
The trip is 8 hours normally but I'll need to stop every two hours to feed the baby. I could really use your prayers for a safe trip and for my mental sanity during the drive.

Lord, prepare the way for her trip. Give her and her baby safety and a smooth ride. Help the little one to be able to sleep. Give mama confidence and clear direction. Thank you Lord.

Praying in agreement, and though I'd need time to get used to them, books-on-CD are supposed to be great, if you can watch what you are doing while listening and thinking about driving and the story. No endorsement, just something I've heard.

That's when I had enough. I called my husband crying telling him I wanted to come home. On the way home I came a few inches from wrecking my car.
